Recipe found from The Hen Basket.
- Stick unsalted butter, room temp
- 1/4 c powder sugar
- 1/4 c honey
- 1 t cinnamon
Whip butter 30 seconds in electrical mixer. Add all ingredients, scrap it down and whip 1-2 minutes till light and fluffy. Makes about 3/4 cups.
Store in air tight container in the fridge. This way it will keeps for weeks. Just take a little out in a container at a time to be spreadable.
This is so delicious. Tried it on zucchini bread and even made a frosting out of it!
